For your privacy, certain areas of this site may only be viewed by MDA panel attorneys. If you would like to become a panel attorney, please start by applying to CPCS, the Committee for Public Counsel Services. If you are a panel attorney and would like to log in, please contact the office to be given a password.  For more information about MDA, please check our list of Contacts.

In order to control access to these areas, this website collects information for three cookies:

1. Your Login Name, usually "PanelAttorney." This is used to determine whether you have access to various features on the site.

2. Your AttorneyID, or "BBO Number." This is the six-digit number used by MDA to keep track of all attorneys who work for MDA.

3. Your email address. This is not required, but the email address is used to send out the duty day calendar. If yours is missing, please contact the office to have it added.

The login cookies expire after 20 minutes. You may also erase the cookies by clicking the "Logout" link. The server also sets a cookie called a "Session ID", which is not used by the site. Note: certain security or privacy settings on your computer may prevent your browser from accepting cookies. In order to use this site, you must use a browser that can accept cookies. For more information, consult your browser's documentation.

This website also displays attorney names and telephone numbers in the duty day calendar. The calendar is accessible to all panel attorneys and the MDA administrators, so that everyone involved can contact one another. If there are any errors in the data, please contact the MDA office to have it corrected.
